Dr. Kushlev will be leading the Digital Life at summit and virtually speaking. The summit will be held in October 2020 in Tokyo, Japan and is sponsored by Gallup and the Wellbeing for Planet Earth (WPE) Foundation.
Today, Dr. Kushlev published a new paper in Psychological Science. The study used a 6 month randomized controlled trial with 155 community adults to investigate if happiness improves our health. “Happier people are healthier, but does becoming happier lead to better health?” Read the full article here.
